At Oahra, we are committed to ensuring that every order reaches you quickly, safely, and in excellent condition. We work with trusted and well-established logistics partners to make sure your products are handled with care from our warehouse to your doorstep. Our packaging materials are carefully chosen from reliable suppliers and tested to protect the products during transit.
How Our Delivery Process Works
Once you place an order on our website, it goes through a thorough quality inspection to confirm that the products are in perfect condition. Only after passing this check do we carefully pack your order and hand it over to our delivery partner.
Our logistics partner will make every effort to deliver your order as soon as possible. If they cannot reach you at your address or at your preferred time, they will attempt to contact you to arrange a suitable delivery schedule.
All orders (including any complimentary items) will be shipped to the address you
provided at checkout, along with a valid invoice. While we aim to ship your
complete order together, there may be cases where items are shipped separately for faster delivery.
Our Packaging Standards
Each product is securely packed to avoid any damage during transport. Fragile items, such as glass containers, receive extra cushioning with multiple protective layers. Once safely packaged in sturdy boxes, the orders are dispatched to our logistics partner. Oahra takes full responsibility for any damage caused during transit until your order reaches you.
Where We Deliver
Oahra delivers to most locations across India. Our serviceable pincode list may
change occasionally, depending on our delivery partners’ network. You can check delivery availability for your location by entering your pincode on the product page or at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email (and/or SMS) with the courier partner’s details and your tracking number. If you have an Oahra account, you can also log in to the “My Account” section and check the “My Orders” tab for live tracking updates.
Delivery Timelines
The estimated delivery time will be shared during checkout based on your location. In most cases, we dispatch orders within 24 hours, and delivery usually takes between 2 to 7 working days. However, delivery may take longer in case of unforeseen delays, remote locations, or other operational challenges. While we will always try our best to get your order to you on time, Oahra is not responsible for delays caused by external logistics issues.

and may vary due to external circumstances. In rare cases, we may temporarily pause deliveries for safety or operational reasons.
Delivery Schedule
Our delivery partners will contact you before arriving. If they are unable to
deliver after three attempts, your package will be returned to our warehouse.
Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on your order value, packaging size, and delivery location. This amount will be displayed during checkout before you confirm payment.
If You Miss Your Delivery
If no one is available at your address during delivery, our partner will make two more attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after three tries, the package will be returned to us. You may contact our customer care to request a re-dispatch, which may incur additional charges.
