Returns, Replacements & Refunds

We offer a hassle-free return policy. You may initiate a return or exchange
request within 5 days of receiving your order under the following
conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged during transit.
  • You have received the wrong product.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

Steps to Request a Return/Replacement

Step 1: Contact our Customer Support
team via email info@oahra.in within 5 days of delivery.

Step 2: Share your order ID, reason for return/replacement, and clear photos/videos of the product, batch number, and invoice.

Step 3: We will arrange a pickup within 4–7 business days. After inspection, your refund or replacement will be processed.

Conditions Where Returns Will Not Be Accepted

  • Product without original packaging or damaged packaging.
  • Missing price tags, labels, or barcodes.
  • Product altered in composition or tampered with.
  • Return request made after 5 days of delivery.
  • Free promotional products cannot be returned.

Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Report it within 5 days of delivery.
  • Share clear images/videos showing the damage or wrong item, along with batch details and invoice.
  • For damaged/leaking products, include images/videos of both the product and packaging.

After verification, we will arrange for a pickup and process a replacement or refund within 2–5 business days.

Partial Returns

Yes, you can return individual items from a multi-product order, as long as all return conditions are met.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 2–5 business days after we receive and verify the returned product:

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery orders: Refunded via bank transfer.

Refund Policy

Refunds are possible in these cases:

  1. Cancellation before shipment.
  2. Failed deliveries due to:
  • Customer unavailability during delivery attempts.
  • Incorrect or unreachable delivery address.
