Cancellation Policy
Oahra values its customers and aims to provide a smooth shopping experience. We have a flexible cancellation policy, but cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the shipment
has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
In cases where we suspect fraudulent transactions or activities that violate our Terms & Conditions, Oahra reserves the right to cancel such orders at our sole
discretion, with or without prior notice.
Cancellation Before Shipment
If your order has not been shipped, you may request cancellation by contacting our Customer Support team via:

Once your cancellation request is confirmed, the amount will be refunded to you within 5-6 business days.
Please note: Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched from our warehouse.
Refund Timelines for Cancelled Orders
- For prepaid orders (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI): Refunds will be made to the same payment source within 2–5 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery orders: Refunds will be processed through bank transfer after receiving your bank details via email.
